Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Indianapolis seeks a Phlebotomist III Site Lead to oversee daily PSC/IOP operations, draw blood, and ensure accurate specimen processing. This role directs staff, covers multiple locations, and coordinates with sales, IT, and logistics to maintain service quality.

The position requires advanced phlebotomy skills, leadership ability, and strong customer-facing communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturday rotation; benefits and performance incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and cover various PSC/IOP sites.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Data entry and processing of specimens including labeling, sorting, and storage.
• Perform POC testing at sites as needed and support SOP adherence.
• Coach, mentor, and onboard new staff on site.
