Qualifications

• Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Must be able to travel and cover multiple locations with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
• Enter patient data and test orders accurately in systems.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and keep equipment and inventory organized.
• Provide onboarding to new employees and mentor staff on-site.
• Assist with schedules and coordinate with supervisors for daily operations.
