Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Eugene, OR, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and directing daily activity at a PSC/IOP.

Vaccination proof is required with possible exemptions; a compensation bonus may apply based on performance. The candidate will supervise on-site staff, mentor new employees, and ensure adherence to SOPs while maintaining patient confidentiality and

Qualifications

Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Collect specimens according to established procedures for various tests.
Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
Perform phlebotomy and assist with Point of Care testing where needed.
Maintain phlebotomy logs and prepare schedules for the workgroup.
Communicate professionally with clients to resolve issues and document problems.
