The role requires 3 years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry and flexible availability for multiple locations and shifts. Leadership responsibilities include staff coaching and coordinating with the Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience
• Keyboard/data entry experience
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime)
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams)
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required
• Data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, freezing)
• Read, understand and comply with SOPs and safety manuals
• Mentor and train new employees on-site
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and supply management
• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve issues
