Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Saint Augustine, FL. This role requires leading daily operations at a Patient Service Center or In-Office Phlebotomy site, directing PSR staff, and ensuring accurate specimen collection and data handling.

The position emphasizes patient safety, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with the team to maintain high-quality service across sites, with a schedule Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and database.
• Enter patient data and billing information as required.
• Perform data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and inventory.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to new employees.
