Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Richmond, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to supervise daily phlebotomy operations across PSC, mobile and in-office sites. The role requires leadership, strong phlebotomy skills and a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and patient experience.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend rotation, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits beginning Day 1 for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations and cover various sites.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in certain states.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain all phlebotomy logs and temperature logs.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching and training of new staff.
• Support supervisors with SOP implementation and regional communication.
