Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Palatka, FL, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, with rotating weekends. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, patient interaction, and leadership responsibilities at a PSC/IOP site.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy, and support team members across locations. The position includes direct patient contact, adherence to SOPs, and potential assignments to doctor’s offices or labs.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs (weekends/holidays/on-call).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Data entry and processing of specimens and billing information.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and meet SOPs.
• Assist with schedules and mentor new employees.
