Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of clinical lab phlebotomy/test management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial resource and liaison between immediate staff, other departments and Patient Services management.
• Assist, resolve, and report to and under the guidance of the area Supervisor.
• Perform all technical or administrative work at an advanced level of competency.
• Actively involved with patient and process quality improvement while remaining compliant with regulatory agencies.
