Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in phlebotomy/test management.
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting/compliance requirements.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• ADHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain fingerprinting certification for Mobile/Long Term Care placement.
• Confidential Information and Restrictive Covenant Agreement for IOP placement.
• May require a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy.
