Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years' experience in clinical laboratory phlebotomy/test management.
• Ability to perform complex problem solving and leadership.
• Effective oral and written communication; regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversees collection and receipt of specimens and entry into the LIS.
• Monitors quality and drives performance improvement with supervisors and directors.
• Coaches and mentors phlebotomists and staff; participates in training and evaluations.
• Manages daily staff schedules and attendance; ensures licensing compliance.
• Assists in budgeting, supply management, and staffing adjustments as needed.
• Maintains professional communication with internal/external customers and supports patient-first service.
