Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Services for the Ahwatukee/Chandler area. The role directs off-site phlebotomy operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

You will lead a team, oversee training, and manage staffing and budgets while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent customer service across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and compliance requirements.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control off-site phlebotomy operations to meet corporate objectives.
• Develop and train staff through coaching and ongoing education.
• Manage staffing, overtime, and per diem usage while controlling costs.
• Maintain service levels and foster strong physician, client, and patient relations.
• Identify and resolve service issues using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
