Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Neptune, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee patient services across PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with responsibility for staff training, daily operations, and facility safety.

The role requires supervisory experience and at least five years in phlebotomy or healthcare; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Benefits include comprehensive plans and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy or healthcare environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure compliance with QA and Medical Director offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Prepare schedules with adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
• Participate in budget preparation and cost containment initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional projects.
