Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Five years in phlebotomy, laboratory, or healthcare environment
• English proficiency (required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met with QA and Medical Director's offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation for laboratory testing and ensure timely reviews.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
