Job summary

Requires state phlebotomy license and 5+ years in healthcare/phlebotomy with 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Salary range $82,600–$116,800 and a comprehensive benefits package. Role includes scheduling, performance reviews, budget involvement, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years’ phlebotomy or healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA, and LA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all PSCs and phlebotomy teams.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services.
• Ensure licensure, QA/QC docs, safety and facility maintenance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Prepare schedules and manage budgets.
• Travel as required.
