Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. invites applications for a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Neptune, NJ. This role oversees daily operations of patient service centers, mobile and in-office phlebotomy, and leads staffing and training to deliver high-quality service.

You will implement SOPs, ensure licensure compliance, and maintain QA/QC documentation while partnering with QA and Medical Director offices to uphold safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising phlebotomy operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.

• Conduct site visits and staff training to optimize efficiency.

Phlebotomy Supervisor - Neptune, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Oversee functions of Patient Services that may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy and Patient Service Centers. The Supervisor will have responsibility for all activities of the function including but not limited to, training of all personnel, all daily operations and staffing of PSCs. Ensure maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all facilities supervised.

Pay range: $66,550 - $119,800 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

• Where applicable, ensures all Federal, State & local licensure requirements are met, working with the QA and Medical Director's offices.
• Ensures all Laboratory testing QA/QC documentation is complete and reviewed as required.
