Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or healthcare environments.
• English language requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Monitor time/attendance and prepare schedules with minimal overtime.
