Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee patient services across PSCs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotational weekends. The role manages staff, training, and daily operations in mobile and in-office phlebotomy environments.

The position requires supervisory and phlebotomy experience, valid driving license, and the ability to lead safety, QA, and staffing initiatives while supporting Quest Diagnostics’ standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or healthcare environments.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance appraisals.
• Maintain budget controls and participate in cost containment initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
