Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Columbus, OH, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will oversee daily PSC, mobile and in-office phlebotomy operations, implement SOPs, ensure QA/QC and licensure compliance, and lead staff development across multiple facilities.

The role requires supervision experience and extensive phlebotomy/healthcare background; travel to sites is expected. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or healthcare settings.
• Experience in customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy services.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy in alignment with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Prepare schedules with minimal overtime and monitor budgeting.
• Travel to multiple sites as required.
