Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all facilities and PSCs.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met with QA/Medical Director offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and reviews.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance.
• Prepare schedules with minimal overtime and adequate coverage.
• Prepare month-end reports and budgets.
