Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor in Brandon, FL. The role oversees operations across PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy, ensuring compliant processes and staffing efficiency.

Responsibilities include implementing SOPs, licensure compliance, QA/QC, and safety oversight while managing budgets and staff development. Travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Preferred: Customer service in a retail or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure all Federal, State & local licensure requirements are met, working with QA and Medical Director offices.
• Ensure all Laboratory testing QA/QC documentation is complete and reviewed as required.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
