Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM with rotational weekends, with a pay range starting at $60,500+ annually.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations across PSCs and mobile/in-office phlebotomy, ensuring SOP adherence, compliance, QA/QC, and staff development. Eligible for annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure all licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete.
• Monitor safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Prepare schedules and manage overtime; maintain budget oversight.
