Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in phlebotomy, laboratory, or healthcare environments.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and staff development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete.
• Manage safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Conduct QA audits and site visits; document findings.
