Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee daily operations across Patient Services centers, mobile and in-office phlebotomy. You will train staff, manage staffing levels, and ensure a safe, professional environment in all facilities.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, extensive phlebotomy knowledge, and compliance with SOPs and license requirements. Travel to sites may be needed as part of supervision and QA auditing.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met where applicable, in coordination with QA and Medical Director’s offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and review as required.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities including upgrades and repairs.
• Conduct site visits and QA audits; schedule supervision appropriately.
• Relocate/open/close PSCs, IOPs and RRLs as needed.
• Oversee inventory for supervised facilities; participate in hiring and training.
