Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Chattanooga, TN. The role oversees daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy, ensuring adherence to SOPs, licensing requirements, and QA/QC documentation. Responsibilities include training, staffing, and performance management across multiple facilities.

Qualifications include 2+ years supervisory experience and 5+ years in phlebotomy or healthcare settings. Bachelor’s degree preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
• Maintains valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines
• Ensure all licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete
• Manage staffing, training, scheduling and performance of staff
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment across facilities
• Participate in budget preparation and cost containment initiatives
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
