Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of patient services across PSCs, mobile, and in-office sites.

You will train staff, implement SOPs, ensure QA/QC, manage staffing, scheduling, and budgets, and drive service improvements while maintaining a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications include 2+ years supervisory experience and 5+ years in phlebotomy; English proficiency required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in phlebotomy or healthcare environments.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all PSCs and phlebotomy sites.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met with QA/Medical Director.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Train, coach, and develop staff.
• Monitor budgets and cost containment.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional projects.
