Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Bound Brook, NJ to lead daily operations across PSCs and mobile/in-office phlebotomy teams. You will implement SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires prior supervisory experience and at least five years in phlebotomy or related settings, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in phlebotomy, laboratory, or healthcare.
• English communication proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations where applicable.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and safety/cleanliness of facilities.
