Quest Diagnostics seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy in Devon, PA. The role requires supervising staff, implementing SOPs, ensuring licensure compliance, and maintaining QA/QC documentation for safe, efficient patient services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in phlebotomy/healthcare environments and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or healthcare environments
• English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines
• Ensure licensure requirements are met where applicable
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and safety standards
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and training of staff
• Perform site visits and QA audits; prepare month-end reports
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control initiatives
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional projects
