• Oversee daily operations of all facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met and QA documentation is complete.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities and audits.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff; monitor performance and attendance.
• Prepare schedules with minimal overtime and manage budget implications.
