Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Dublin, OH, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The role involves leading daily activity at a Patient Service Center and performing high-quality phlebotomy. Strong leadership and patient communication are required.

Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and solid data-entry skills are essential. Travel to support multiple sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures for various tests.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and temperature logs.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and supply management.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to new staff on-site.
