Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with computers and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct them appropriately.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures including blood draws and cultures.
• Enter orders, handle specimens, and maintain lab areas.
• Operate hospital information systems and support test ordering.
• Provide telephone coverage and customer service.
• Ensure PPE use and maintain shift reports.
