TriCore, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist for the Northside location. This hourly position supports patient care with phlebotomy and lab duties, including on‑call responsibilities and potential apprenticeship for those new to the field.

The role requires a high school diploma and offers pathways through an apprenticeship or certified program, with on‑site work and a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a busy laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• PBT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Completion of a Clinical Lab Assistant program.
• Eligible to work in a health care facility.

Responsabilités

• Performs duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintains supplies and inventory necessary to perform departmental functions.
• Observe students and/or new staff as needed.
• Exhibits effective telephone and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible for on‑call responsibilities during scheduled hours by location.
• Documents critical communication such as call‑ins in the absence of a supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality of personal and confidential information.
