Job summary

TriCore, Inc. in Paradise Hills is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist to work with minimal supervision. You will perform one or more modalities, collect specimens, and help maintain lab workflow at the Paradise Hills Branch Lab.

This hourly, on-site position may include on-call duties and holiday coverage. Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available for candidates with limited experience and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Completion of a CLT/Clinical Lab Assistant program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection for patients aged 10+.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for department functions.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and hospital communications as assigned.
• Document critical communications and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Assist with clerical tasks and data entry as needed.
