Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and essential clinical support while ensuring an exceptional in-office experience for members in Seattle. You’ll be the first contact and help streamline patient flow, scheduling, and communications.

You will handle front desk duties, assist with lab tasks, and collaborate with providers and the virtual medical team. A strong customer service orientation and team mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA.
• At least 6 months of relevant Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and multiple software.
• Ability to work within collaborative, diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support for patients.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification.
• Handle recipient messages and assist providers with clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling, handling, and processing.
• Operate technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete tasks.
• Open/close duties and maintain office appearance and supplies.
• Support team through rounds, huddles and ad hoc tasks.
