One Medical is hiring a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) based in Boston, MA. The role combines venipuncture with administrative duties to deliver an exceptional member experience in a fast-paced office.

You’ll be the first point of contact, support ongoing patient care, and collaborate with the team while mastering our tech stack including EMR, Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and more. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support services.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients at front desk and in lab.
• Assist with billing and insurance processes.
• Respond to patient messages and assist providers and virtual team.
• Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out and appointments.
• Maintain office spaces, supplies, and equipment.
