Job summary

One Medical is seeking motivated individuals for a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist Trainee in Boston, MA. No phlebotomy experience required; full training provided in phlebotomy and clinical procedures.

You will support patients, handle front-desk tasks, and train towards venipuncture and other clinical services. As you progress, responsibilities and compensation will align with the Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer/patient-facing roles is required.
• Willingness to complete clinical training and certifications sponsored by One Medical.
• Proficiency with standard office software and EMR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-desk and clinical support; manage patient intake and scheduling.
• Assist with venipuncture and basic clinical tasks as training progresses.
• Maintain office organization and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team to remove barriers to care.
