Job summary

One Medical in Hanover, NH is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist / Member Support Specialist) to deliver an exceptional patient experience through venipuncture and front-desk support.

You will manage intake, scheduling, and billing basics, collaborating with providers to keep the office running smoothly while upholding One Medical’s care standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computer technology and multiple software systems
• Experience collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care during collection processes

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and other clinical support tasks
• Manage front desk duties including patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
• Handle billing inquiries and medical record reviews
• Assist providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties
• Maintain office tidiness and ensure a welcoming environment
• Use technology tools (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily work
