Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to join our Atlanta, GA office. You will perform venipuncture and provide clerical support, delivering a smooth patient experience from check-in to lab processing.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and accurate documentation within our lab and member services teams. 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, with 65+ senior health scope in some offices.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable C-I-CARE interactions in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Perform venipuncture and basic specimen collection across age groups.
• Support front desk tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification and patient messaging.
• Maintain proper labeling, handling, and processing of specimens and inventory.
• Assist providers and staff with clerical duties and documentation as needed.
