Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a 2-month contract in Dallas, TX. This onsite role requires travel across multiple Patient Service Center locations with minimal notice, and pays $19.38–$22.53 per hour (USD). The typical schedule runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Central.

The position demands accurate blood collection, proper labeling, and meticulous records in a fast-paced healthcare setting. TX credentials and phlebotomy experience are required, with travel and on-site duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric.
• TX state credentials/licenses required.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Collect blood specimens and prepare for lab testing following procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
