Job summary

Talentify is recruiting for a Phlebotomist II in Ennis, TX, to perform patient blood collection and specimen prep at multiple locations. This onsite, 3-month contract role requires flexibility to travel and cover shifts across centers, with a schedule Monday–Thursday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central time.

Applicants must have 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Demonstrate professionalism and focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
