Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Richardson, TX for a 4-month contract. This onsite role requires travel among locations and offers a pay rate of $19.38–$22.53 per hour. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. The PSR II role emphasizes safe phlebotomy, accurate specimen handling, and excellent patient interaction across multiple settings, including doctor’s offices and patient

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform blood collection and processing duties following established practices.
• Verify patient demographics and tube labeling in the presence of the patient.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and present a positive image to patients and staff.
