You will ensure compliance with FDA and SOPs, maintain a clean center, handle samples, and contribute to a safe, high-quality plasma product.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months’ experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• Must complete training prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation complies with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintains high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area for a professional environment.
• Confirms donor identification and donor confidentiality per SOPs.
• Sets up and prepares equipment for venipuncture and plasmapheresis procedures.
• Labels units and samples accurately.
• Performs venipunctures and plasma collection to industry standards.
• Operates plasmapheresis machines and manages alarms and donor safety.
• Monitors donor conditions to ensure safety and plasma quality.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of machines.
