One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Front Desk specialist at our Metro Center office in Washington, DC. You’ll perform venipuncture and clinical support, be the first point of contact for patients, and ensure a welcoming, on-brand lobby experience.

This full-time role emphasizes human connection, teamwork, and efficient patient flow, with training in our tech suite and a strong focus on service, empathy, and problem solving to remove barriers to care.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to establish relationships.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in interactions to ensure a positive in-office experience.
• Provide venipuncture and extended scope duties as needed.
• Handle front desk tasks: check-in/out, insurance verification, and scheduling.
