You will support the care team, manage check-in processes, schedule follow-ups, and handle basic billing inquiries in a fast-paced office.

You’ll collaborate with providers and staff to maintain a clean, welcoming lobby aligned with the One Medical brand, while using our tech stack to communicate and document care activities

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and clinical support tasks are performed on site.
• Excellent communication with patients and teammates.
• Ability to manage front-desk workflows and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and basic lab support for patients.
• Greet patients, verify insurance, and manage appointments at front desk.
• Support providers and care team with clerical tasks and data entry.
• Maintain room cleanliness and ensure brand look of the lobby.
