Job summary

One Medical in Miami is seeking a Phlebotomist/Front Desk (Patient Care Specialist) to deliver exceptional patient experiences. You will perform venipuncture, manage patient intake, and provide clinical support while upholding the One Medical brand in the lobby.

You will collaborate with the care team, handle clerical duties, and assist with tasks like billing inquiries and medical record reviews. The role is full-time, 40 hours/week, typically 7am–7pm at the Coconut Grove office.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support in-office.
• Manage front desk tasks and patient intake.
• Support with extended scope duties (EKGs, vitals, vaccines, swabs).
• Maintain documentation, billing inquiries, and lab communications.
• Ensure lobby and office spaces reflect the One Medical look and brand.
