Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to join our DC offices, delivering venipuncture, front-desk support and care coordination for members. You’ll ensure a welcoming, on-brand lobby experience and assist the clinical team with ECGs, vitals and paperwork as needed.

The role blends clinical tasks with administrative support, requiring excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork. The position is full-time, in-office, with travel to six DC offices as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support services.
• Manage front desk tasks: check in/out, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Support lab operations: specimen labeling, processing, handling and storage.
