Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist (Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant) in San Francisco. You will perform venipuncture, provide clinical support, and ensure a welcoming, on-brand lobby experience for patients.

You will handle front desk duties, assist providers, and use our technology stack to maintain records, schedule follow-up care, and support the care team. Strong communication and a patient-centric approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in CA.
• 6 months+ relevant Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support as part of patient care.
• Assist with front desk duties and patient outreach as needed.
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling and processing
• Support billing, notes review and documentation tasks
• Operate EMR, Slack, and other software to coordinate care
