Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Coordinator to provide broad administrative, logistical, project management and fundraising support for a tight-knit team of gift officers. You will help manage donor relations and ensure a smooth fundraising cycle from outreach to stewardship.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and proactive collaboration with colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver donor-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years work experience in a non-profit fundraising environment.
• Detail oriented, self-starter with proactive problem-solving and ability to work well both individually and in a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical, project management, data entry and fundraising support for a team of 6–8 gift officers.
• Support the fundraising cycle: identify, engage, evaluate, solicit, recognize and steward donors.
• Update donor records in Raiser's Edge and pull reports for portfolio meetings.
• Assist with fundraising appeals, donor lists, editing, printing, mailing and task timelines.
• Greet guests and manage the main Foundation phone line; support meeting rooms and AV.
• Attend off-site Foundation events as needed; collaborate to improve processes.
