Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a proactive Philanthropy Coordinator to support a team of 6–8 gift officers. You will manage administrative tasks, donor data entry, and meeting logistics to keep fundraising efforts moving smoothly.

Working under the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Director of Major Gifts, you will maintain records, assist with cultivation and stewardship, and coordinate board-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality or related field; strong customer service preferred.
• 2–4 years in a non-profit fundraising setting; healthcare experience a plus.
• Detail oriented, proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities; strong MS Office & donor software skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general admin, logistical, project management and data entry support for a team of 6–8 gift officers.
• Maintain administrator records and minutes for Jupiter Medical Center Foundation board members.
• Serve as a primary contact for Foundation board members and answer main Foundation line.
• Assist in cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors.
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including audio-visual support.
• Utilize Raiser's Edge to update donor records and pull reports for portfolio reviews.
