Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks an Advancement Services Coordinator to support fundraising operations, process gifts, and acknowledge donors. You will maintain biographical and giving data in RENXT and ensure accuracy.

Working with the Foundation Development team, you will handle weekly reports, gift processing, and IRS procedures, with Omatic imports and RENXT experience a plus. A detail‑oriented team player will thrive in a confidential setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience as gift processor in nonprofit; healthcare a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in relational databases; strong writing skills.
• Knowledge of IRS rules for charitable giving desirable.
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; Raiser's Edge NXT a plus.
• Detail-oriented; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process charitable gifts (cash, stock, etc.) and maintain donor records.
• Prepare donor acknowledgements within 24–48 hours of receipt.
• Manage Omatic imports and ensure data accuracy in RENXT.
• Collaborate with Foundation Development team on priorities.
