Jupiter Medical Center Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Coordinator to support a team of gift officers in a fast-paced fundraising department. You will assist with donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, while handling data entry and reporting in Raiser's Edge.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in nonprofit fundraising, preferably in healthcare, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, hospitality or related field with strong customer service skills.
• 2–4 years experience in a non-profit fundraising environment; healthcare experience a plus.
• Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and able to proactively solve problems and work well individually or on a team.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Raiser's Edge fundraising software.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative, logistical, project management, data entry and fundraising support for a team of 6–8 gift officers.
• Assist with cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors.
• Manage donor records in Raiser's Edge and pull reports for portfolio reviews.
• Answer main Foundation phone line and greet guests; prepare conference rooms with A/V support.
• Support fundraising appeals including updating donor lists, printing, mailing, and coordinating tasks.
• Attend off-site Foundation events and seek opportunities to improve processes.
